 Group Exercise

   Exercising in a group format at Fit for Life is fun, social, cost effective and results oriented.  All classes are only 6 weeks with 3 session per week and is based on strength training programs.  It doesn't matter what your current fitness level is, it's a great way to keep yourself on a fitness track to a healthier you! 

   All sessions are conducted by a certified fitness trainer

that will ensure proper form and technique for maximum results.  All classes are limited to 5 - 10 people per class so whether you are a beginner or at intermediate levels, group class is a way to get supervision without the cost of a personal trainer one-on-one.

Class fees (6 weeks 3 times per week = 18 sessions*)

Initial sign up = $495.00

2nd sign up = $425.00

3rd sign up = $395.00

Refer a friend and recieve

$25.00 off

   *no make ups for any missed sessions within the 6 week period

(unless for medical reasons)

 

Class times:

MWF:

4:00pm - 5:00pm

or

6:00pm - 7:00pm

Start your own class with friends and family.  6 people minimum, 10 people maximum.

 

For those who would like to use the studio on "off" class days and times, there will be a $10.00 fee.  

 

Guest fees are $25.00/class
